WEEK 3 REFLECTION What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time? We made little bows with silk/ribbons and we also hot glued plain black hair ties onto the bows that we made. What challenges did I have? We had challenges making the bows and making them symmetrical on both sides so it wouldn't look weird. What am I going to work on next week? We are going to start on our presentation with is a slide so we can show what we have done these three weeks.

WEEK 2 REFLECTION What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time? We achieved making our own glow balls and when you shake them you will be able to see the glitter in them if you shake them. What challenges did I have? We had challenges getting the inside of the glass to show properly because the water melts with the die and so then it is hard to see through it. What am I going to work on next week? We are going to make bows that we can put on our jars to decorate with so they can be more pretty.

WEEK 7 REFLECTION What Learning did you find challenging this week? I found my writing hard because I am not that good at writing reports and also I did not have a lot of ideas about this piece of writing but I still tried my best and I did get it done so I am very glad I did. How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges? I overcame these learning challenges by asking Haylee M witch she sat next to me if it makes sense or not and if it doesn't makes sense I would try and change it and at last it would be all sorted. What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this week? I am most proud of my math my rich math task when you have to figure out how much cubes are in each box and make the two sides equal the same weight so it would be fair on both sides. TERM 1 PASSION PROJECT REFLECTION How did you go with your passion project this term?  Did you succeed or not? We did succeed and we went great because we helped each other when we needed it so we could get it done faster. What were the skills/reasons that helped you succeed? The skills that helped us succeed were： The first reason that we succeed was because we didn't get distracted so we got a lot of slides done in the right time. The second is because we spent a lot of time on it so it is really detailed.  What are the specific skills that you learnt during your passion project? That we were really focused so we wouldn't get distracted and we would keep on going with our work also we wouldn't go off task. What are you most proud of with your passion project? WEEK 8 REFLECTION What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time? Me and Georgia achieved getting 9 slides done on our passion project about volcanoes witch is really fun because there is a lot of fun stuff that you can learn about volcanoes.   What challenges did I have? We had challenges with figuring out what our titles would be for our slides also it was hard to find all the correct information and a little hard to put in our own words so we went on dictionary to find other meaning of this word that we don't know is magma witch kind of means the same thing as lava. What am I going to work on next week? We are going to work next week about getting more information and not so much pictures as information because if we use too much pictures we won't have enough information.

WEEK 8 REFLECTION What Learning did you find challenging this week? I found my math rich math task challenging because I had no idea how to make all the rows into the same number because I had to use all the numbers and I just couldn't make one row equal 29. How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges? I asked miss Harsent and she said don't worry about it because she was going to do a workshop on this activity.    What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this week? My writing. Why are you proud if it? Because I wrote a lot and I also re-read it and I also made sure that it made sense also I used all kinds of sentence starters so it won't sound boring when someone readies it. 

WEEK 7 REFLECTION What Learning did you find challenging this week? I found writing a little hard because I wasn't to sure about what words to use were. How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges? I used a growth mindset by asking Ruby if it makes sense or not. + What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this wee k? My math because I at first thought it was really hard but then I  caught up with it really easily.

WEEK 7 REFLECTION What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time? I achieved some researching. What challenges did I have? We had some problems with finding the correct websites. What am I going to work on next week? We are going to make a slide and start our presentation. These are some kinds of volcanoes.

My writing because it was a little hard and I couldn't add the correct words.  How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges? I used a growth mindset because I asked where to put what word. What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this week? My math. Why are you proud if it? Because at first I didn't know how to do adding decimals but then I asked my mum when I got home and now I think it is really easy.

WEEK 5 REFLECTION What Learning did you find challenging this week? Reading, because there were some challenging words that I couldn't pronounce. How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges? I asked Miss Harsent what the word means and how to pronounce it then I just practised a few times then I got it. What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this week? Writing because I added detail, and miss Lamond said I did good. Why are you proud if it? Because I added detail, and miss Lamond said I did a great job.
